This site is primarily informational. You do not need to provide any information that identifies you, such as your name, address or telephone number ("personal information") to use the Site or to obtain information from most of the areas within the Site. However, in order to be considered for possible enrollment in a Spiration-sponsored clinical study, you will be asked to provide some personal information as part of a pre-screening questionnaire ("Pre-Screening Questionnaire") administered by Spiration's Clinical Trial Subject enrollment facilitator, RESolutions, Inc. This personal information includes your first and last name, postal address and e-mail address. By your providing this personal information, and completing and submitting the Pre-Screening Questionnaire to the RESolutions Pre-Screening Questionnaire database, you expressly consent to use and review of such information by RESolutions and Spiration; and to RESolution's forwarding this personal information with the Pre-Screening Questionnaire to the participating clinical site that has been selected. Your completing and submitting the Pre-Screening Questionnaire with your personal information, will also constitute your request for follow-up communication to you regarding your interest to participate in a Spiration-sponsored clinical study. Neither RESolutions nor Spiration shall have any obligation to forward, respond to, or otherwise utilize, any personal information or Pre-Screening Questionnaire that you provide that does not meet Spiration's qualifying criteria.
Cookies and other information stored on your computer
This site does NOT use persistent "cookies" or persistent tracking technologies that some Web sites use to gather information about your visits to their sites. Cookies are essentially tokens of information, such as preferences and passwords, which some Web servers collect from you when you access them. That data is stored on your hard drive-not on the Web site's server.
